We offer free of charge Royal Mail 1st Class Post - (one day delivery aim) - standard delivery, not tracked . 

The orders dispatched one day should arrive the following day, but this is not a guaranteed service from Royal Mail,​ if you need guaranteed next day delivery, you should choose the Special Next Day Option (on request)

Europe: 

​Royal Mail International Standard: 4 to 6 working days delivery aim not tracked or  but proof of postage is obtained - £3.00

Cancellations and return policy

​If you wish to cancel your order: 

(a) you can notify us by email at [email protected] before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause listed below:
you can return goods you have ordered from the e-boutique for any reason at any time within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 
Upon receipt of the goods and following a full inspection by ourselfs where items are received in the original condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances

  • If any products have been made or customised specifically for you
  • if following my inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items
  • If items are returned outside the agreed 14 day period
  • If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and we have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.
